The renewal of your MDCB dues will maintain your Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) credential in good standing.
Dues received after December 31, 2011 will be subject to a late fee of $50 in addition to the $125 renewal fee. CMDs who do not renew before January 31, 2012 risk losing the CMD credential.
In addition to your annual dues, you are also responsible for maintaining your credentialing by earning at least 50 CE credits during your five year cycle.
As a recognized member of the health-care field providing critical care to individuals facing life-threatening illnesses, it is the sole responsibility of each CMD to adhere to the MDCB Ethical Standards, renew his/her credential annually, including maintaining the appropriate number of continuing education credits each cycle in the MDCB CE Center and make necessary updates to personal contact information.
